I'm Ankur Rattan.A guide, not a guru.
I don't come from markets. Fifteen years across multiple MNCs, all of it in US healthcare — payer-side medical coding and claims editing, the kind of work where a misplaced code costs someone real money. I'm CPC certified. No trading floor, nobody I knew in the industry, no engineering degree.
What I had was stubborn curiosity about how markets actually work, and the same close-reading habit medical coding trains into you: check the detail, don't assume, verify against the source. Charts and option chains rewarded that habit just as much as a claims form did.
When I started going deeper, AI saved me an enormous amount of time. But the real shift came when I stopped accepting data the way some website or app had decided to show it, and started building what I actually wanted to see. That took hours — a lot of them.
What came out of it was my trading assistant: an option-chain dashboard I named Option Cockpit, built in Excel and Python. Since then, with AI's help, I've added greeks engines for MCX commodities, tested an RSI-divergence strategy, and put together an HTML trading cockpit — a single screen for the numbers I actually watch: PCR, OI ratios, an ADR gauge, RSI divergence, EMA signals.
I still keep a journal — not because it's good advice to give, but because I actually do it, and it's the only reason I know what my own edge looks like instead of guessing.
I trade Nifty, Sensex and MCX commodities intraday, still with no formal coding background. That's the whole point of TechNTrade — if I can do it, so can you. I'll show you exactly what I use and how I built it. I won't tell you what to buy.
